According to the communication and information center the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, in a meeting with the representatives of the scientific, academic and elite community of Malayer city, pointed out that Hamadan province has a rich source of educated human resources and very good territorial capacities for development. He continued: Malayer is the land of science and knowledge and has pure and valuable opportunities to create added value and gain a significant share in the development of the knowledge-based economy.

Referring to the definition of a cooperation model suitable to the capacities of Malayer city, he said: By the end of September, a cooperation package based on the scientific, experimental and academic capacities of Malayer will be defined and in the form of agreements on various axes of the development of the knowledge-based economy in Malayer. Holding a new and innovative event can be one of the bases of this support and cooperation.

Dehghani called the ability of university professors in the research and technological fields as one of the foundations of this support and noted: to the extent that the professors can attract a need-oriented and technological research project, up to three times that amount will be supported by the Vice Presidency of Science. Also, the development of laboratories and research equipment will be supported in economic and market-oriented axes. Support for investment in research and development of companies in the form of tax credit is one of the support axes of the Vice Presidency of Science for the development of the knowledge-based economy of the province.

Referring to the concern of the interaction between the industry and the university, he considered the existence of an intermediary body familiar with the language of both sides as the solution to this problem and added: I have emphasized the necessity of solving this challenge many times and even in the speech I gave to the Supreme Leader in 2018. I mentioned the concern of communication with the industry. The main cause of this challenge is the lack of mutual understanding between the industry and the university, and the move of the university to discover and identify the problems of the industry on the one hand and to provide these needs from the industry on the other hand is considered a necessity.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy added: "If the university has a solution to explore the problems of the industry, we will provide the necessary support."

Referring to the design of a comprehensive and interactive system for the provision of services in the Vice Presidency of Science, Dehghani said: one of the serious needs of the Vice Presidency of Science is an interactive and comprehensive platform for informing services and support. According to a survey, 90% of the resources provided by the Vice Presidency of Science have been used by 10% of the companies, which was not intentional and mainly because the companies were not familiar with the variety of these supports. In this regard, the comprehensive service system of the Vice Presidency of Science is being developed to introduce the support services and infrastructure of the Vice Presidency of Science in an intelligent, interactive and appropriate way for the society. The Vice Presidency of Science provides more than 400 services, but the majority of the audience's knowledge of the services of the Vice Presidency of Science is limited to evaluating companies and introducing them to funds for obtaining facilities.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, referring to the creation of platforms and opportunities for knowledge-based companies in international markets, said: one of the president's serious discourses during his foreign trips is science and technology diplomacy. During these trips and after that, the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology pays serious attention to creating the ground for the presence of the capabilities of knowledge bases in the international arena.

He stated that the potential capacity of Malayer and Hamedan province in the field of agriculture should be maintained and improved with the help of technology and research work of the university based on an economic model, adding: In the field of agriculture and horticulture, a correct economic and efficient model should be implemented. Research, market and technology development have been seen in it.

Dehghani, stating that the Vice Presidency of Science supports efficient and economical models in solving agricultural problems, said: the problems of the province, including challenges in the field of agriculture, cannot be solved only with government models and methods, and the government only plays the role of a facilitator; But if a suitable economic model is defined according to the needs of the farmer class, it will definitely be efficient and the farmer and gardener will also welcome it, while losses will be prevented.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy emphasized that the connection between industry and university is possible based on specific mechanisms and intermediate solutions. Mediation is possible. Knowledge-based companies are one of these middle circles. Because on the one hand, they are familiar with the language of industry and production, and on the other hand, with the language of science and knowledge. We are interested in the connection between the industry and the university and we support it, provided that it happens with the help of efficient intermediate circles and based on correct patterns.

According to Dehghani, the priority of the Vice Presidency of Science is to support and invest in the content, because in order to start an innovative and effective business, the first step is the content and the work to be done.
